As a first-time coach for younger kids, I could not have felt more supported by Excellerate's team. Their thorough training gave me the opportunity to work closely with other coaches and directors. With each step, a team member has touched base with me to ensure that I feel comfortable and confident in my work...Overall, I feel exponentially more confident as a Coach than I did before starting with Excellerate and, moreover, I've made connections within a team that has supported and encouraged my growth as a person, and has made me feel truly valued and cared for.

During my time at Excellerate, I have learned what it means to be a cheerleader for each student as I support them in whatever form of writing they are pursuing....The Excellerate team is made up of people who care. I've felt supported every step of the way during my journey as a Writing Coach. I know that each family who receives Excellerate's services, whether in-person or virtual, will feel that same support.

Working at Excellerate is so much different than the traditional classroom setting, which I believe allows for better relationships with students and less burnout on the part of educators...It's very rewarding to work with students for many years and to see their tremendous academic and personal growth over time. It's also a nourishing atmosphere for professional growth because the leaders are always looking for ways to utilize employee's strengths, interests, and creativity with leadership roles and new program development.

I’ve been with the company since 2018, and my experience here has not only been fulfilling, but also very enjoyable...One of the many reasons why I’m still here is because of how much I appreciate the company culture. I really do think the impact of leadership flows to each and every student that we coach. Every step of the way, I truly felt taken care of, which also motivated me to treat the students in a personable manner as a coach that truly is rooting for their success.

I've worked at Excellerate for almost 1 1/2 years. From the beginning, I have known that the company is a good company to work for as they are kind, flexible, and supportive in every way. They are also team oriented whereas if one needs a backup, they are there to support . It may take more than one person to complete a task and the team members are always willing to jump in and pick up the slack. I enjoy working and watching the students apply what they have learned at Excellerate Studio as they work hard to complete their practice exams.

I have taught 1:1 academic coaching sessions as well as group classes, and have loved it all. This team is flexible and understanding. They manage to provide detailed support for coaches throughout the training and teaching process. The most rewarding part of this job is knowing that I have a writing director who provides me with curriculum and class support, as well as a team that assists with the technology aspect of classes. Every class has a layout, and routines are in place for attendance and record-keeping. Because of the organization and structure of everything, Excellerate has made an environment that allows teachers to do what they do best - teach.

I was grateful that the company provides all the training and supports to be ready before I start coaching a class. I am so grateful that I can serve the community to prepare for the next generation in the robotic field. Watching the students grow their interests, skills, and knowledge in robotics, the value of my role increases gradually. What I really like about Excellerate is that the company provides a friendly and safe environment to the students, parents, and all staff. Excellerate has great principles and philosophy in education that awakened my heart; focusing the progress over the result. I feel lucky to be a part of Excellerate and I vision myself growing within Excellerate in the future.

I have been working at Excellerate for 6 years, starting as an academic coach and moving up to assistant director and now a team director. I've learned and grown in influencing students, their families and the Excellerate team through experiences enabling all this to be possible in this positive and supportive environment. As an educator, I love Excellerate’s philosophy of cultivating students into a wholesome learning experience. All the staff work towards this goal as a team. At Excellerate. there are opportunities to be promoted to greater responsibilities and various areas within the company. And when you are ready to advance, Excellerate provides support and training to make sure you can grow and flourish as a leader. Additionally, the flexible work hours are ideal for me as a mom of two children.
