Operation Management

  • Make the final hiring decision on new Excellerate Academic Coaches (EAC) and TAs to meet the demand of the students’ learning challenges.

  • Train the newly hired Academic Coach according to the training schedule described in the EAC Handbook.

  • Work with EAC’s schedules and develop strong team spirit among the ACs to work together for the best learning outcome for students.

  • Provide ACs with professional development opportunities so that Excellerate is an organization is drive by mission, vision, and value.

  • Conduct a yearly review with each Excellerate Academic Coach based on Excellerate Academic Coach Evaluation Rubric.
