Make the final hiring decision on new Excellerate Academic Coaches (EAC) and TAs to meet the demand of the students’ learning challenges.
Train the newly hired Academic Coach according to the training schedule described in the EAC Handbook.
Work with EAC’s schedules and develop strong team spirit among the ACs to work together for the best learning outcome for students.
Provide ACs with professional development opportunities so that Excellerate is an organization is drive by mission, vision, and value.
Conduct a yearly review with each Excellerate Academic Coach based on Excellerate Academic Coach Evaluation Rubric.
